Thailand Nightlife is something special.

Thailand nightclubs, discos, go-go bars, karaoke parlors, nightlife bars and similar are a night clubber's dream.

The nightlife takes you with like a tsunami and off you go, maybe together with a nice Thai girl and sometimes it hurts, the next day in the head, probably to much beer Singh or Heineken.

There is something for everyone, if you try to enjoy Thai nightlife just to get drunk, ok what can we do ? But trust me there are better things to do as just to fill up yourself with alcohol.

Maybe you visit one of the Thai nightclubs with live music, take some ear plugs with you otherwise you are deaf when you leave the bar.

Thailand nightlife is very different to the life after eight in Europe, USA etc. since there are almost no strings attached when you visit a bar or nightclub in Thailand. Nobody tells you you should do this and that, there are sometimes guards at the entrance but they usually only check the ID cards of the Thai guys and girls who want to enter, they are very strict on age limits, but they usually never check foreigner.

But one of the real magnets of Thailand nightlife is the unlimited availability of mostly pretty Thai bar girls.  

This attracts thousands of mainly male tourists every year to have their tensions relived from the stress at home. When one guy goes out in the evening lets say at Chiang Mai, Phitsanulok, Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya or elsewhere in Thailand and want to 

have some fun with Thai nightlife and a girl, a success is almost certain, try to do this in Europe or elsewhere in the western world, if you try a closer encounter in a disco, bar or whatever with a girl, they usually tell you ..get lost. In Thailand its different the Thai girls usually cooperate with you somehow.

The same nightlife situation in Thailand is with the gay and lesbian community, its totally free wheeling, almost no limits, or maybe you have a look for the famous Thai ladyboy. Patong Beach at Phuket - has one of the largest gay and lesbian community in Thailand just behind Bangkok and Pattaya. Just the right environment for a great gay or lesbian holiday or vacation.

There are nightclub and karaoke places mainly frequented by Japanese guys such as Tanya or Taniya Plaza - close to Patpong in Bangkok- servicing Japanese guys in plenty of lounges, bars and Japanese restaurants, be aware, where there are Japanese in Thailand prices are very high, they spend to much money, since they are used on the very high nightlife prices in Tokyo and elsewhere in Japan.
